PC.o Portfolios offer intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that utilize existing data from the schedule or other integrated tool (PROCORE/AutoDesk BIM 360 Docs) to generate a user dashboard on the status of the cost and schedule of the project. Easily attach baselines and updates to the project for the most up-to date information.
PC.o Portfolios offer a proper roll-up of all associated project schedule and cost information with using either Primavera P6 (.xer) or Microsoft Project(.mpp) (or both). Allowing teams to user either or both tools and still be able to properly roll-up the entire portfolio of projects.

Since the baseline and all the schedule updates are associated with one project, PC.o keeps all the project analytics in one place as well! PC.o also auto-runs all comparison information between updates. Whether it's the schedule analytics, comparison analytics, cash flow, earned value, or trend information, it's all in one convenient place and easily downloadable to Excel for additional analysis!
The cost information is dynamic to your needs. The system defaults to use the cost information in the schedule, but you can either enter the information manually, or sync with PROCORE. Both ways also allow you to enter at a summary level or tie the costs to the schedule activities through downloadable Excel templates. The revised data is then accessible through the cash flow and earned value analytics.
Easily share the status of the project or portfolio of projects with a public link, allowing anyone with the link to view the progress. Additional security features include: IP Filters - limiting only those within a certain IP range to view the data; and Passwords - allowing anyone with a password to view the reports.
The Portfolios can also be shared to other PC.o users, providing varying levels of access. Subsequent users that receive the shared projects or portfolio of projects can reorganize the projects or portfolios without affecting any other's view.
