Comparing two look-aheads on PC.o: last week's promise against this week's. The Guide notes that the difference is usually instructive.

In Files, open the folder with your look-aheads. Then Tools, and Compare LookAheads. A bar asks for the earlier look-ahead, then the later one. Pick them from the list below.

Click last week's: it takes the Target badge. Then click this week's. Chronology, observed. The Update badge lands and Run comparison wakes. Press it; the arrows swap them if you picked backwards.

The dashboard opens at once: activities added, deleted, matching, and how far starts and finishes moved. Candidly. Below, earlier, exactly or later, for starts and for finishes; and the biggest movers, named.

The Comparison tab lists every activity side by side. Moved only hides the ones that kept their word. Download Excel takes the whole comparison away as a workbook. Re-run refreshes it after you fix a mapping.

Later it waits in Report Collections, under Look-aheads: open it, download it, re-run it, or delete it.

That was comparing two look-aheads. Next in the Guide: one or many look-aheads against the schedule itself.
