Registering

Registering with projectcontrols.online. It takes about a minute, the hardest part is choosing a password, and there are two shortcuts.

Begin at projectcontrols.online and choose Register, top right. It is in capitals, but it means well. A short form asks for your name, your work email, and a password, twice, to be certain.

The shortcut: Sign in with Microsoft uses your existing Microsoft account, skips the email, and starts your trial. Lower down: how you found us, your industry, the terms, proof you are not a robot. Then Register.

Verifying your email

You are in, almost. The red badge says Email Unverified: you may look, but not yet open anything. The Example folder holds three P6 schedules to practise on. Try one now and PC.o declines, politely.

No email? Check junk, then click the red badge and choose Verify your email to send another. Still nothing? Some corporate mail distrusts anything ending in .online. Write to admin@projectcontrols.online and we verify you by hand, usually right away.

It is called Email Verification Request. Press Verify Email, which is blue, and the only button. A page asks, once more, to be sure. Press Verify my email.

Signing in after that

Now you are in. Trial days: thirty, says the badge, which the Guide considers ample. Next time, choose Login with the same email and password. Forgot password is there too, for the forgetful.

And if your organisation already uses PC.o, choose Single Sign-On here and find it in the list.

That was registering with projectcontrols.online. Next in the Guide: uploading a schedule and reading its analysis.
