Trends and cashflow on PC.o: how a measure moved across your updates, and where the money falls, month by month. The Guide approves of both.

In Files, Tools, then Create Trends. Pick two or more versions of the schedule from the list. Each pick takes a numbered chip. Open trend saves it to Reports as Trend one, and opens it.

One point per schedule. The pill says Saved; it says Unsaved changes the moment you touch anything. Trend Fields chooses the measures on each axis: critical activities, float, whatever you report on.

Re-Order drags the versions into the order you want; the list is not a calendar. Apply, then Save. Export gives an image, or the numbers in Excel. Save keeps your template; Save as… makes another.

For the money: Tools, then Multi-Project Cashflow. Money, being the quieter question, comes second. Schedules in one slot, optional baselines in the other. Open cashflow saves it as Cashflow one.

Cost per month, the baseline alongside. Quantity swaps money for units; Early Dates narrows the dates. Cost Drill Down opens the activities behind the months. The chart is the summary; this is the evidence.

Both live under Report Collections: open, rename, duplicate, delete. Opening re-runs them from the schedules.

That was trends and cashflow. Next in the Guide: the whole of PC.o in five minutes, for anyone you need to convince.
