Sharing on PC.o is three things: a report, a folder, and a public Gantt link. The Guide takes them in that order.

On a finished custom report, Share: this report, read-only as it stands, or the template behind it. Type an address and PC.o tags it before you send. No public links; reports can hold client data.

Share, and they are listed, with Resend and Remove. Re-run, and they see the new numbers. Share the template instead and they run it on their own schedules, with updates offered when you edit.

On their side, the envelope holds a notice with Open and Dismiss. Nothing to accept; it is theirs. They get the dashboard read-only: no Re-run, no Edit, no Share, only Word and Excel to take away.

It also waits in their Report Collections, badged with who shared it. A folder's share icon opens its user list. Click Add or Invite User.

An email, a role from Admin down to Upload, Apply to subfolders if the tree should follow. Save. They show as Pending until they accept. Only a folder's Admin can add, change or remove people.

Back on their side, the envelope again: Shared Schedule Folder, Accept or Reject. Accepted, the folder sits in their tree with the role you gave. The public Gantt link, for people with no account, was the Gantt viewer's entry.

That was sharing. Next in the Guide: your account page, briefly, because there is not much to it.
