What PC.o does, in five minutes: schedules in, answers out, all in a browser. The Guide will be brief, which is unusual.

It starts at projectcontrols.online. Register with a work email and a password, or Sign in with Microsoft. Verify, and thirty days of trial begin, with three Example schedules to practise on.

Upload a schedule: Primavera P6 as XER or XML, Microsoft Project, Excel, or a zip of several. The analysis runs by itself, opening on Overview: dates, status, critical metrics, DCMA assessment, at a glance.

Details lists them all; an eye opens each one online, a cloud exports it. More than a hundred points of analysis, each with a number, a date or a list behind it.

Reports, top right: Excel, Word, the DCMA report, and custom reports of your own. Cost: budgets, actuals, performance and the cashflow curve; a drill-down into the money comes later.

Compare Schedules: the plan as Target, the update beside it, and Run comparison. The Comparison Dashboard: what changed, activities added and deleted, calendars, starts and finishes that slipped;

the critical path trend, the longest path trend, and what happened to the milestones. As with the analysis, Cost compares budgets and period performance, update against target.

And Details: more than four hundred points of comparison, each with a tick box for the report. Excel, Word, the DCMA report and custom reports, as in the analysis.

Much of what you receive comes in Excel, and not all of it is consistent. No matter. Upload the look-ahead or the schedule; PC.o does the rest. A weekly grid comes back as a look-ahead.

You are free to see how PC.o read the file, and to correct any value by clicking. A schedule kept in Excel comes in the same door, typed EXCEL: mapped, rebuilt, Gantt included.

Save the mapping as a template, and next week's sheet is assigned in one move. Compare two look-aheads, last week's against this week's: added, deleted, matching, and how far things moved.

Or hold one or many against the schedule: what matched, what the schedule expected, and how far behind. The Gantt viewer: grid left, bars right, grouping, filters, the longest path, zoom from week to half-year.

An activity's card, one click away: dates, durations, predecessors, successors, cost and quantity. A shared link shows the chart to someone without an account, with a password if you like.

Export makes a look-ahead workbook for the field, or the whole schedule as Excel; both come back readable. Convert/Clean exports the same schedule as Primavera P6 XER or XML, MS Project XML, or Excel.

P6 to P6 brings a version, global conversions, and sixteen clean-up options, each with a candid tooltip. Custom reports, on any paid plan: more than a hundred checks, arranged in sections of your own.

Each check gets a judgement: pass or fail, a traffic light, or bands, as readers will see it. Add your own logo, and it heads the report; PC.o's mark stays small, at the foot.

Run it on a schedule, re-run it as the schedule moves; Word or Excel, summary or full. Share the finished report, or the template behind it, with other subscribers of PC.o.

Trends: monitor one or many of the analytics, across one or many schedules, on one axis or two. Multi-project cashflow: several schedules combined, month by month, against one or more baselines.

Cost Drill Down opens the WBS breakdown behind the chart: the chart is the summary, this the evidence. Share a folder with a role, Admin down to Upload; they accept, and it sits in their tree.

Account holds your plan; a team plan puts the group on one invoice, seats added as you grow. Everything you run waits under Report Collections: comparisons, look-aheads, trends, cashflows, custom reports.

That is PC.o Basic, the floor of every plan. Start at projectcontrols.online: thirty days of trial, and the Guide beside you throughout.
