A team plan on PC.o: one invoice for the group, a seat for each person, and an admin who decides who sits where.

Account's Dashboard: a team plan, Basic, yearly, thirty seats. The Plan tab is where one is made. The Group tab, for admins: thirty seats, assigned, pending or open, with Add seats and Reduce beside.

Active members, each with a role, a tier and a status, and three actions: Impersonate, Role, and Remove. Impersonate opens the app as that member, Files and Reports included; nothing is lost while they are away.

Role makes a member an admin, or back again. Remove returns their seat to the pool. Invite a new member: email, role on accept, Basic tier. Send invite, and the seat counts as taken.

Pending invites wait here, with Resend and Cancel invite, until the person accepts. Colleagues on Microsoft or single sign-on, on your email domain, need not accept: they sign in, and the seat is theirs.

On their side, the envelope holds a group subscription invitation: Accept or Reject. Accepting takes a seat. Billing is where the group's invoices appear: a Stripe PDF with the pay link, to forward or pay.

Under Report Collections, an admin switches from My reports to Group and sees the whole team's work. Members leave from their Plan tab. The Danger zone ends the group; the Guide suggests sleeping on it.

Changed your mind? Cancel invite takes the seat back. Tidy, as promised.

That was a team plan. Next in the Guide: the whole of PC.o in five minutes, for anyone you need to convince.
