TRANSCRIPTEvery word of the video, as text.
A schedule lives here, but it travels: as XER, P6 XML, a diary of conversions, or a printed page.
File, Export: a file for a scheduling tool, a workbook, a printed page, or the engine switch's diary. XER writes the schedule as it stands: the server schedules it first, so it is never stale.
P6 XML is the same schedule in the other exchange format, for a scheduling tool that reads it. Conversion log is the engine switch's diary: choose one conversion or all, and it downloads as a workbook.
Print to PDF: landscape or portrait, one page wide or across, the paper size, which rows, a header. The page carries what you see, with PC.o and the page number in the footer.
One rule: XER and P6 XML are written from the Advanced engine. On a Standard schedule, switch first.
That was getting a schedule out. Next in the Guide: Excel, going out and coming in.
