Analysis copies and revert

When your edits leave the analysis behind, the pill says so. Back to the last analysis puts the schedule as the analysis saw it, and Undo brings your edits back; Run analysis brings it up to date in place; Duplicate keeps a state for good.

TRANSCRIPTEvery word of the video, as text.

An analysis is a photograph of the schedule. Here: telling when it has aged, and stepping back into it.

File, Back to the last analysis stays grey while nothing has changed. Point at it, and a note says why: nothing has changed since the analysis.

Change a duration, and the analysis is out of date: the pill names both revisions. File, Back to the last analysis, then Put back. The revisions since stay in the log.

The duration returns as a new revision, and the pill turns green: the analysis matches. Edit, Undo brings your changes back, until you leave the page. Regret has a time limit.

File, Duplicate keeps a state for good: a second schedule, with its own analysis. In Files it sits under its parent, dated; its tooltip says Duplicate of.

Or bring the analysis up to date: File, Run analysis, in place, on the current dates. When it lands, a note says so, once. PC.o keeps the last two analysed states.

That was analysis copies and revert. Next in the Guide: working with others.
