TRANSCRIPTEvery word of the video, as text.

Someone sent you a link to a project schedule on a site called PC.o. No account needed: here is what you can see, and do.

If the link has a password, the owner will have told you. Type it and press View schedule. The schedule, read-only: activities on the left, bars on the right, a dashed line at the data date.

Looking for one activity? Type part of its name in Find activities. Select one, press Details: its dates, then Advanced for float, Predecessors and Successors.

Zoom in and out with the magnifiers, or press Fit to see the whole schedule. In the View menu, Logic lines draws the lines between bars: which activity leads to which.

Filter, Longest path, keeps only the activities on the longest path. The chip's cross brings the rest back. What this page will not do: change, export or print. For any of that, ask the schedule owner.

If a link stops working, you will see this. Ask the schedule owner to create a new one.

That is all you need to read a shared schedule. To find out more about PC.o, visit projectcontrols.online.
