Three kinds of saving, and one that is not saving at all. Here is which is which, and what comes back after a crash.
An uploaded file is never edited in place. Try things out; nothing leaves this page until Save as. Close the window without Save as, and this browser offers your play back: Recover it, or Discard.
Press OK. The copy is a PC.o Schedule beside the upload, and from here saving is automatic. Stop typing and two seconds later it saves; every thirty seconds while changes wait; and when you leave.
Close the window mid-edit, or lose the connection: this browser keeps a shadow of your work. Open it again and it asks to recover unsaved changes. Discard drops them; press Keep them.
Keep them, and the edit is back, marked as recovered, and saved a moment later. Choose File, Save a copy. If it is greyed, press F9 first: the schedule must be scheduled.
A copy is a snapshot: a new file, with its own analysis. This schedule stays as it is. The flash says Copy saved, with Open it beside it to go straight to the copy.
In Files, the copy sits under the schedule it came from, a PC.o Schedule in its own right. In Files, choose Download on a PC.o Schedule: you get one .pcosched file, everything the scheduler knows.
Upload it again through Files, and it comes back as a PC.o Schedule, not a conversion. The status bar tells you where you stand: saved, saving, offline, or read-only when someone else edits.
That was saving. Next in the Guide: working with others, one editor at a time, the lock, and the take-over.
