Two ways to share a schedule with someone who has no account: a state, frozen at the last analysis, or a live link.
In the Scheduler, open File and choose Share link. Share a state: the schedule as it was at its last analysis. Later edits are not in it.
A password if you want one; costs only if you tick them. Create link. Copy it and send it. It is the same link every time; passwords change on the Files page.
Whoever opens the link meets the password card first; type it and press View schedule. Marked View only, with no Export menu: nothing to export or print, no costs unless you ticked them.
An upload has no live link: its edits are saved to its PC.o copy, so share that live. Click the Live link tab. It follows your edits, a few seconds behind, and says who is editing.
Members of this folder sign in, so they get the pop-out link, or the read-only live view instead. Anyone with the link: who it is for, how long it lasts, whether costs travel. Create live link.
Copy it now: PC.o keeps only a fingerprint, so it is shown once. The list below says Active. The recipient sees the schedule and who is editing, with no account, which is rather the point.
Change something, and a few seconds later the live view shows it. Nothing to send again. On the Live links list, press Turn off. It ends at once.
The list says so: Turned off, the link stopped working. Whoever still has the link sees that it was turned off, and is told to ask the owner.
That was sharing. Next in the Guide: the update process, asking the people doing the work what actually happened.
