Give a crew a limit, and the schedule tells you when you have asked too much of it. It will not fix it for you.
Resources, Edit the crew, and type its Max units a day: here, eight hours. The dictionary shows the limit, and Overallocated counts the months the work goes over it.
Assign resources puts a red warning beside the crew: this activity is part of the overload. View, Cashflow, Resource usage, then Quantity: every resource's work, here by week.
Pick the crew: its work stacked by activity, its limit a dashed line, the overload in red. Point at the red week: the demand against the limit, and the activities that make it up.
The status line counts what is over, and opens this view. No levelling: you decide what moves. Schedule options, Resources: marking starts on for schedules made here, off for files from other schedulers.
That was usage and over-allocation. Next in the Guide: saving, Save as and recovery.
