TRANSCRIPTEvery word of the video, as text.
Someone planning a project, on a scheduling site called PC.o, asked you what happened on site. No account, no app: just one link.
The email says which schedule, which date, and when it is due. Press Open my update page. Your activities, one card each, with the planned dates. Only yours; nothing else to read.
Start: the date it really started, marked Actual. It saves as you type. Not finished yet? Then it is an estimate. An actual date past the data date is refused: pick Estimated and give your best date.
A note if it helps the planner: why, in a few words. On a computer, the same page is a chart and a grid. Your answers carry over.
Submit when you are done. The link closes, so check before you press. That is all. The planner reviews your answer; nothing in the schedule changes until they apply it.
Open the same link again: it is used, and closed. Nothing more to do on your side.
If something changes after you submit, ask the planner for a new request. Thank you for the update.
